Very central and good value for money

Very good value for money. Lovely manager. Very central to the main part of town but it is also very easy to get up into the touristy part of town.

We did find bed bugs but the manager spent the entire next day steaming and cleaning the room to get rid of them!

Ernesto and Manu are both super nice hosts.

Ernesto and Manu are both super nice hosts. They gave loads of good information and made us feel at home. Ernesto even invited us to his home for a bbq and drinks. I would definitely recommend staying here in Valparaíso. The location is perfect too. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean

Highly recommend after 3 months in Argentina and Chile this is my best hostel

From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome and nothing was ever a problem. We said what we wanted to do and Ernesto (hostel owner) gave us great advice the nicest hostel owner I have come across, absolute gent. Location was great really close to everything you could need, bars, restraunts, supermarkets and all the main sites. Beds are sooo comfy a real treat after being in some very average hostels. A big thanks to the hosts, great great guys!

Nothing the whole hostel was great.

Cheap and cheerful, really helpful hostel owner.

Location is great, cool decoration, nice staff- owner is really helpful. Free use of washing machine!

We were too cold! Need some extra blankets. Although the room and bathroom were clean enough the fridge was quite smelly with old food.

Great Owner, but no sleep

The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, and he let us use his personal metrocard. He checked in with us, offered snacks, gave us his personal WhatsApp - he was really great. It's also a great location.

We stayed two nights, in a private room, which faces the street. Thr first night, they were doing construction on the street until midnight with heavy equipment. The next night, some neighbors were in a loud screaming match at 3 a.m. The owner eventually went and broke it up, but they were back at it around 430 a.m. The walls were thin and we simply couldn't sleep, two nights in a row. Despite enjoying the location and the owner's hospitality, we're couldn't get a good night's sleep here, so I can't recommend it.

Friendly and central stay for couples.

The room with the double bed is comfortable, big and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly at any time. We could use the washing machine.

There is no comfortable comunal area, for example couches, games.. to get in contact with other travelers. It is more like a hotel than a hostel for this. For us it was no problem though. the kitchen would need some fresh towels to change if needed...

If you want to get the best Valparaíso experience you should...

If you want to get the best Valparaíso experience you should choose for this perfect located hostel. Next to the perfect location, the owner and staff of the hostel are super friendly. The’ll help you with everything you need. It truly feels like a big family. The hostal is clean, they have the best warm shower and the kitchen has everything you need. For me the hostal is allready perfect as it is, but the owner and staff keep on going improving themselfs to give the best they can. I had a great time staying in this hostel, thankyou all!

Había un solo baño para el hostal, por lo que uno tenía que esperar hasta 20 min para ir al baño. La ducha no Era de buena calidad, por lo que incluso no me duché durante mi estadía.

Mejor imposible

El personal que lo atiende esta totalmente entregado e ilusionado y hacen que la estadía sea mejor imposible. A parte las instalaciones y habitaciones son amplias y súper limpias. El agua va genial. Te dan mil consejos para que hacer en Valparaíso. Y la ubicación es de 10

Lo único que no me gusto fue no tener mas tiempo para disfrutar mas de nuestra estancia

No lo olvidaré

La casa tiene como 150 años y está igual que la ciudad, vieja pero con su encanto. El encargado, Ernesto, es 5 estrellas, muy atento y buen ambiente. Nos invitó a un asado en la misma calle que hacía para sus amigos. Fue genial

Está bien ubicado, el personal es amable y relajado.

A primera vista parecía todo bien, pero luego nos dimos cuenta de que las sábanas estaban asquerosas (se veían pelos y quedamos llenos de picadas de pulga al otro día). Además sólo hay un baño, lo cual es insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes

barato y amigable pero muy pequeño.

El precio me acomodo mucho. El recibimiento y la preocupación del personal fue muy amigable.

No creo haber visto fotografías reales de la habitación que se estaba ofreciendo, ya que al llegar resulto ser una habitación muy pequeña, que se ofreció con dos camas y mas bien era una cama y otra tipo cama nido. El baño, falta mas dedicación.
